Blueberry cream

A classic aperitif, this blueberry cream will delight your taste buds, whether you serve it on the rocks as a chilled aperitif or blend it with still or sparkling white wine in a kir. This cream is made using blueberries macerated in eau de vie. A light liquid sugar is added to obtain a 18% ABV cream with the flavours that are characteristic of the wild fruit.
