Shipping zone

The PRODUCTS sold via the WEBSITE can only be shipped within the TERRITORY.

No orders can be placed with a shipping address outside that TERRITORY.

The PRODUCTS will be shipped to the shipping address(es) provided by the CUSTOMER during order placement.

Lead time

The time required to prepare an order and produce an invoice before shipping any in stock PRODUCTS is stated on the WEBSITE. Those times are exclusive of weekends and national holidays.

An email will automatically be sent to the CUSTOMER when the PRODUCTS are shipped, on condition that the email address provided on the registration form is correct.

Transit time & shipping fees

During the order placement process, the SELLER will indicate the transit time and shipping options that are available for the purchased PRODUCTS.

The shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method.

The CUSTOMER will be charged for those costs, in addition to the price of the PRODUCTS.

In the absence of any specific indications or agreement on the delivery date, the SELLER will deliver the PRODUCTS without any unjustified delays, no later than thirty (30) days after the contract is concluded (Article L216-1 of the French Consumer Code).

Shipping terms

The parcel will be delivered to the CUSTOMER with a signature and presentation of official identification.

If the CUSTOMER is absent, a delivery notice will be left so the CUSTOMER can collect the parcel from his/her local post office or from a pick-up point.

Delivery problems

The CUSTOMER will be informed of the delivery date when selecting a carrier, at the end of the online ordering process, before finalizing the order.

It is specified that deliveries will be made within a maximum of thirty (30) days. Failing this, the CUSTOMER must give the SELLER official notice to delivery the PRODUCTS within a reasonable timeframe and, in the event of non-delivery within that timeframe, the CUSTOMER may terminate the contract.

The SELLER will refund the total amount paid for the PRODUCTS, including taxes and shipping fees, to the CUSTOMER, via the payment method used by the CUSTOMER to buy the PRODUCTS, without any excessive delays, from receipt of the letter of termination.

The SELLER will be responsible for the PRODUCTS until they are delivered to the CUSTOMER. As a reminder, the CUSTOMER has three (3) days in which to notify the carrier of any damage or partial losses observed in the delivery.
