Crème de Pêche de Vignes

A classic aperitif, this vineyard peach cream will delight your taste buds, whether you serve it on the rocks as a chilled aperitif or blend it with still or sparkling white wine in a kir. It is made by macerating vineyard peaches in alcohol and then adding liquid sugar. They are called “vineyard peaches”, because the fruit ripens in September, at the same time as the grapes. Moreover, these fruit trees are often found in vineyards. The small purplish-white peaches are highly aromatic and pleasing to a wide variety of palates.
