Kirsch Eau de Vie

The oldest fruit eau de vie (produced since the Middle Ages), Kirsch became the most frequently distilled and consumed – and the most popular – in Alsace and the Vosges region after the Second World War.

Cherry (Kirsch) eau de vie stands out for its tremendous suppleness and variety of uses: enjoyed neat as a digestif or else in a mixed drink, toddy, punch, etc. In the kitchen, it can be drizzled over sorbet, pastries, fruit salads and cherries.
